整体护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖水平、视力恢复的影响

Influences of holistic nursing on blood glucose level and vision recovery in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的分析整体护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者血糖水平、视力恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月收治的150例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组和观察组,每组75例。常规组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的视力恢复总有效率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、平均流速(Vm)均显著高于常规组,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均显著低于常规组,中文版低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL-25)评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the influences of holistic nursing on blood glucose level and vision recovery in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 150 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given holistic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of vision recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and mean velocity(Vm)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,resistance index(RI)and pulse index(PI)were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the Chinese-Version Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire(CLVQOL-25)score was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic nursing in diabetic retinopathy has significant application effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
