基于医护合作模式的延伸护理在前列腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果

Application effect of extended nursing based on medical-nursing cooperation mode in patients with prostate cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的分析基于医护合作模式的延伸护理在前列腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月收治的90例前列腺癌化疗患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组(45例,常规延伸护理)和观察组(45例,基于医护合作模式的延伸护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的用药总依从率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)、罗德恶心呕吐和干呕指数量表(INVR)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的功能子量表、整体生活质量量表评分高于常规组,症状量表、单项测量项目评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于常规组,CD8^(+)低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于医护合作模式的延伸护理在前列腺癌化疗患者中可取得理想效果。

Objective To analyze the application effect of extended nursing based on medical-nursing cooperation mode in patients with prostate cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with prostate cancer undergoing chemotherapy admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into conventional group(45 cases,routine extended nursing)and observation group(45 cases,extended nursing based on medical-nursing cooperation mode).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS-R)and Rhodes Index of Nausea and Vomiting and Retching(INVR)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of functional subscale and overall quality of life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the scores of symptom scale and single measurement item were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing based on medical-nursing cooperation mode can achieve ideal effect in patients with prostate cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
