情景模拟教学法在本科生心肺复苏培训中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究情景模拟教学法在本科生心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法选取西安交通大学医学部2017级临床医学、法医学、预防医学、基础医学专业的203名未经心肺复苏培训的本科生,以班级作为区组(共9个区组),每个区组内采用电脑软件以1:2的比例随机分为对照组(n=62)和试验组(n=141)。对照组采用传统教学法进行授课;试验组采用情景模拟教学法进行授课。两组均在授课完成后进行心肺复苏考试,比较两组的考试用时、总分、理论分数、操作分数、扣分率及教学法满意度。结果试验组的心肺复苏考试用时为472.0(169.5,971.5)s,短于对照组的644.0(244.0,882.5)s,但差异不显著(P=0.314);试验组的总分、理论分数、操作分数均显著高于对照组(P=0.003,0.003,0.031)。试验组理论部分生命链第二环、婴幼儿双人按压呼吸比以及实践部分吹气时间的扣分率显著低于对照组(P<0.001,0.022,0.035)。试验组的各项教学法满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论与传统教学法相比,情景模拟教学法可有效提高本科生心肺复苏教学效果及满意度,提高学生对心肺复苏关键知识点及操作要领的掌握情况,值得在心肺复苏教学中推广应用。 Objective To study the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for undergraduates.Methods A total of 203 undergraduates without cardiopulmonary resuscitation training were selected from the clinical medicine,forensic medicine,preventive medicine,and basic medicine specialties of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2017.The class was used as a block group(a total of 9 blocks).In each block,the undergraduates were randomly divided into control group(n=62)and experimental group(n=141)at a ratio of 1∶2 by computer software.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the experimental group was taughe by scenario simulation teaching method.Both groups were given cardiopulmonary resuscitation examination after the completion of the teaching.The examination time,total score,theoretical score,practice score,deduction rate and teaching method satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The cardiopulmonary resuscitation test time of the experimental group was 472.0(169.5,971.5)s,which was shorter than 644.5(244.0,882.5)s of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.314);the total score,theoretical score and practice score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P=0.003,0.003,0.031).The deduction rates of the second ring of the life chain,the ratio of two-person compression and respiration of infants and young children of the theoretical part,and the blowing time of the practical part in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001,0.022,0.035).The satisfaction of each teaching method in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the scenario simulation teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effect and satisfaction of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for undergraduates,and improve students'mastery of the key knowledge points and practice essentials of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,which is worthy of popularization and application in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
