子宫全切术患者采用生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练的意义分析

Analysis of the significance of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training in patients undergoing total hysterectomy

目的分析子宫全切术患者采用生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练的意义。方法60例子宫全切术患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组给予临床常规康复干预,试验组在对照组基础上采用生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练。比较两组患者临床不良反应评分、尿常规及体温评分、盆底肌相关评估评分、性生活质量评分、性功能障碍评分、性功能调查问卷评分。结果试验组临床不良反应评分、尿常规及体温评分、盆底肌相关评估评分分别为(3.52±1.15)、(2.05±1.13)、(4.20±1.57)分,均明显低于对照组的(5.09±1.19)、(4.42±1.20)、(7.60±1.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组性生活质量评分、性功能调查问卷评分分别为(7.50±0.21)、(7.50±0.70)分,均明显高于对照组的(3.80±0.18)、(5.50±0.70)分,性功能障碍评分(4.40±0.32)分低于对照组的(7.90±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练对子宫全切术患者的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training in patients undergoing total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with total hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received clinical routine rehabilitation intervention,and the experimental group received biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical adverse reaction score,urine routine and body temperature score,pelvic floor muscle related evaluation score,sexual life quality score,sexual dysfunction score,and sexual function questionnaire score.Results The clinical adverse reaction score,urine routine and body temperature score and pelvic floor muscle related evaluation score of the experimental group were(3.52±1.15),(2.05±1.13)and(4.20±1.57)points,which were significantly lower than those of(5.09±1.19),(4.42±1.20)and(7.60±1.52)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sexual quality score and sexual function questionnaire score in the experimental group were(7.50±0.21)and(7.50±0.70)points,which were significantly higher than those of(3.80±0.18)and(5.50±0.70)points in the control group;the sexual dysfunction score of(4.40±0.32)points in the experimental group was lower than that of(7.90±0.31)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with total hysterectomy,and it is worth promoting.
