依达拉奉右莰醇联合他汀类药物治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of edaravone dexborneol combined with statins on ischemic cerebrovascular disease

目的分析缺血性脑血管病患者采用依达拉奉右莰醇联合他汀类药物治疗的临床疗效。方法58例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各29例。对照组予以阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后凝血指标[纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)]、神经功能及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.10%较对照组的72.41%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PT(13.23±3.02)s长于对照组的(11.25±3.20)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(4.37±1.09)分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分(1.02±0.32)分均低于对照组的(6.65±1.52)、(1.77±0.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑血管病患者采用依达拉奉右莰醇联合他汀类药物治疗疗效确切,可改善患者凝血指标,保护神经组织,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of edaravone dexborneol combined with statins on ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 58 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin and atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with edaravone dexborneol on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,coagulation indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],and neurological function.Results The observation group's total effective rate was 93.10%,higher than 72.41%of the control group,and was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PT in the observation group was(13.23±3.02)s,longer than(11.25±3.20)s in the control group,and was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of(4.37±1.09)points and modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score of(1.02±0.32)points in the observation group were lower than(6.65±1.52)and(1.77±0.38)points in the control group,and was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Edaravone dexbornol combined with statins is effective in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,which can improve the coagulation indexes of patients,protect nerve tissue,and have few adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
