内关穴联合辨证取穴穴位贴敷对心阳不振型不稳定型心绞痛的效果分析

Effect analysis of Neiguan point combined with syndrome differentiation acupoint application on unstable angina pectoris of heart-yang deficiency type

目的分析内关穴联合辨证取穴穴位贴敷对心阳不振型不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法60例心阳不振型不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用内关穴联合辨证取穴穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者临床症状评分(心绞痛症状评分、不稳定型心绞痛分度评分)和中医证候疗效。结果试验组患者的心绞痛症状评分、不稳定型心绞痛分度评分分别为(3.50±0.21)、(0.40±0.02)分均低于对照组的(5.80±0.18)、(1.10±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者中医证候总有效率90.00%高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内关穴联合辨证取穴穴位贴敷对心阳不振型不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Neiguan point combined with syndrome differentiation acupoint application on unstable angina pectoris of heart-yang deficiency type.Methods A total of 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris of heart-yang deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Neiguan point and syndrome differentiation acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom score(angina pectoris symptom score,unstable angina pectoris grading score)and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were compared between the two groups.Results The angina pectoris symptom score and unstable angina pectoris score of the experimental group were(3.50±0.21)and(0.40±0.02)points,which were lower than those of(5.80±0.18)and(1.10±0.31)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neiguan point combined with syndrome differentiation and acupoint application can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris of heart-yang deficiency type,which is worth popularizing.
