耳穴压豆对冠心病伴失眠患者睡眠质量以及生活质量的影响分析

Effect analysis of auricular points plaster therapy on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia

目的分析耳穴压豆对冠心病伴失眠患者睡眠质量以及生活质量的影响。方法60例冠心病伴失眠患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、中医证候评分及睡眠质量疗效。结果试验组患者PSQI评分(5.22±2.11)分和中医证候评分(21.34±3.80)分均低于对照组的(12.38±2.10)、(32.19±3.70)分,SF-36评分(62.32±4.13)分高于对照组的(47.58±3.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者睡眠质量总有效率86.67%高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆对冠心病伴失眠患者的效果显著,能改善患者的睡眠质量以及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular points plaster therapy on sleep quality and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia.Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with auricular points plaster therapy on the basis of the control group.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and sleep quality effect were compared between the two groups.Results PSQI score of(5.22±2.11)points and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of(21.34±3.80)points in the experimental group were lower than those of(12.38±2.10)and(32.19±3.70)points in the control group;SF-36 score of(62.32±4.13)points in the experimental group was higher than that of(47.58±3.13)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of sleep quality in the experimental group was 86.67%,which was higher than that of 63.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular points plaster therapy has significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease and insomnia,and can improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
