中药涂擦联合穴位贴敷佐治支气管扩张症伴咯血的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint application in treating bronchiectasis with hemoptysis

目的分析中药涂擦联合穴位贴敷佐治支气管扩张症伴咯血的临床效果。方法选取60例支气管扩张症伴咯血患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取中药涂擦联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)],症状体征消退时间(咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、湿啰音消失时间及咯血停止时间),临床疗效。结果试验组FEV1%、PEF、FVC分别为(85.22±6.36)%、(3.92±0.60)L/s、(3.15±0.11)L,均大于对照组的(70.14±5.74)%、(3.29±0.45)L/s、(2.57±0.10)L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、湿啰音消失时间及咯血停止时间分别为(2.32±0.36)、(2.09±0.29)、(3.05±0.19)、(4.44±0.22)d,均明显短于对照组的(3.47±0.33)、(3.89±0.23)、(4.99±0.22)、(6.12±0.29)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率90.00%明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药涂擦联合穴位贴敷治疗支气管扩张症伴咯血患者临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint application in treating bronchiectasis with hemoptysis.Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis were studied and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine application and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of the predicted value(FEV1%),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)],the regression time of symptoms and signs(disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of sputum,disappearance time of moist rale and time for cessation of hemoptysis),and the clinical efficacy.Results FEV1%,FVC and PEF in the experimental groups were(85.22±6.36)%,(3.92±0.60)L/s and(3.15±0.11)L,which were higher than those of(70.14±5.74)%,(3.29±0.45)L/s and(2.57±0.10)L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,disappearance time of sputum,disappearance time of moist rale and time for cessation of hemoptysis in the experimental groups were(2.32±0.36),(2.09±0.29),(3.05±0.19)and(4.44±0.22)d,which were significantly shorter than those of(3.47±0.33),(3.89±0.23),(4.99±0.22)and(6.12±0.29)d in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 90.00%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with acupoint application has a significant clinical effect on patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion.
