团体认知行为治疗对焦虑障碍的疗效评价

Evaluation of efficacy of group cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders

目的分析焦虑障碍采用团体认知行为治疗(GCBT)的效果。方法302例焦虑障碍患者,随机分为参照组及观察组,各151例。参照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施GCBT。比较两组治疗前后的相关评分(汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、生活质量评分)、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(20.14±1.82)分低于参照组的(26.09±1.83)分,生活质量评分(75.68±4.39)分高于参照组的(72.58±4.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率13.25%低于参照组的19.87%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用GCBT对抗焦虑障碍,能尽快削弱焦虑等对认知的影响,治疗效果更明显,更值得使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of group cognitive behavioral therapy(GCBT)for anxiety disorders.Methods A total of 302 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 151 patients in each group.The reference group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received GCBT.The relevant scores(Hamilton anxiety scale score,quality of life score)before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Hamilton anxiety scale score,and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale score of(20.14±1.82)points in the observation group was lower than that of(26.09±1.83)points in the reference group;the quality of life score of(75.68±4.39)points in the observation group was higher than that of(72.58±4.26)points in the reference group;the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.25%,which was lower than that of 19.87%in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion GCBT can improve the cognitive memory level of patients with anxiety disorder as soon as possible,and weaken the cognitive impact of anxiety.The therapeutic effect is more obvious,and it is more worthy of use.
