子宫内膜癌PPP2R5A及c-Myc表达与预后的临床关系

Expression of PPP2R5A and c-Myc in endometrial cancer and clinical relationship with prognosis

目的探讨PPP2R5A与c-Myc在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达,确定两者表达强度及其与患者预后的临床关系。方法运用免疫组织化学法检Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生及正常增生期各12例中子宫内膜组织PPP2R5A与C-myc的表达,分析PPP2R5A、c-Myc蛋白的表达强度与子宫内膜癌临床指标的关系及对子宫内膜癌预后的影响。结果PPP2R5A在Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌表达强度较其他3组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ型及不典型增生表达强度较正常增生期子宫内膜组织中表达稍强,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);c-Myc在Ⅱ型EC表达强度较其他3组强高,与正常增生组和不典型增生组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与Ⅰ型EC相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ型EC较正常增生组、不典型增生组表达高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PPP2R5A及c-Myc在Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌中的表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜癌组织中,PPP2R5A表达与年龄、FIGO分期、淋巴脉管间隙受侵、淋巴结转移情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与组织学分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);c-Myc的表达与年龄、FIGO分期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与组织学分级、淋巴脉管间隙受侵、淋巴结转移情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PPP2R5A高表达和c-Myc高表达是影响子宫内膜癌临床进展和预后的独立因素,PPP2R5A对子宫内膜癌特别是Ⅱ型EC的预后和发展过程有一定的提示意义,c-Myc在肿瘤细胞的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,通过检测PPP2R5A和c-Myc的表达能够更加有效地评估子宫内膜癌患者的预后。

Objective To investigate the expression of PPP2R5A and c-Myc in endometrial cancer(EC),and to identify the relationship between the expression of PPP2R5A and c-myc and prognosis.Methods The expression of PPP2R5A and c-myc in 12 cases of type I and 12 cases of typeⅡendometrial cancer,12 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 12 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry,the relationship between the expression of PPP2R5A and c-Myc protein and the clinicopathological parameters of endometrial cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of PPP2R5A in typeⅡEC was stronger than that in the other three groups,and the expression of PPP2R5A in type I and atypical hyperplasia was stronger than that in normal endometrium,but there was no statistical significance;The expression of c-Myc in typeⅡEC was stronger than that in the other three groups,and had statistical significance compared with normal and atypical hyperplasia groups,but had no statistical significance compared with type I EC;The expression of type I EC was significantly higher than that of normal and atypical hyperplasia groups;There was no significant difference in the expression of PPP2R5A and c-Myc between Type I and TypeⅡendometrial cancer;The expression of PPP2R5A was not correlated with age,Figo stage,lymphatic space invasion and lymph node metastasis,there was significant correlation with histological grade;The expression of c-Myc was not correlated with age and FIGO stage,there were significant differences with histological grade,lymphatic vessel space invasion and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The high expression of PPP2R5A and c-Myc is an independent factor affecting the clinical progression and prognosis of endometrial cancer.PPP2R5A may have some implications for the prognosis and development of endometrial cancer,especially typeⅡEC,c-Myc also plays an important role in the development of tumor cells,and the detection of the expression of PPP2R5A and c-Myc can more effectively evaluate the prognosis of endometrial cancer patients.
