基于加速康复理念的护理方案在机器人辅助腹腔镜Lich-Gregoir输尿管再植术患儿围手术期的应用

摘要 原发性膀胱输尿管反流(vesicoureteralre flux,VUR)是儿童常见的先天性泌尿系统畸形之一,其发病率为0.4%~1.8%[1-2].目前临床上的观点是,对于高级别原发性膀胱输尿管反流患儿,因进行性的肾盂输尿管积水和反复发作的泌尿系统感染,肾功能逐渐下降,需首选手术治疗[3].
