摘要
为降低磷酸镁水泥成本,研究采用沸石微粉对磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)进行改性,探究沸石微粉对磷酸镁水泥性能的影响。研究表明随着沸石微粉掺量的增多,MKPC净浆凝结时间呈现先增长后缩短,流动度持续下降;抗压强度和抗折强度均呈现下降趋势,且均低于未掺加沸石微粉的MKPC强度;沸石微粉的加入并未改变MKPC的水化产物,没有新相产生。
For reducing the cost of potassium magnesium phosphate cement(MKPC),it is modified by zeolite pow⁃der.The effectiveness of zeolite powder on the properties of magnesium phosphate cement are investigated.The re⁃sults show that the setting time of MKPC paste first increases and then decreases with the increase of zeolite powder content,in which the fluidity continues to decrease.The compressive strength and flexural strength of MKPC without zeolite powder are lower than those of MKPC without zeolite powder.The addition of zeolite powder does not change the hydration products of MKPC,and no new phase is produced.
