摘要
为创建低碳、有活力、宜居的住区步行环境,文中从步行环境、基于可步行性的公共服务设施分布、可步行性评价三个方面梳理并总结了寒地住区可步行性的研究动态,分析了寒地住区可步行性的发展特点,探讨了寒地住区可步行性规划研究的必要性。并针对现有不足,从宏观层级、中观层级、微观层级三个角度提出了相应的城乡规划策略,为寒地住区可步行性规划研究提供新思路。
Aiming to create a low carbon,dynamic,livable settlements'walking environment,the article summarizes the research trends of walkability in cold residential areas from walking environment,distribution of public service facilities based on walkability,and walkability evaluation.It analyzes the development characteristics of walkability,and explores the necessity of planning and researching walkability in cold residential areas.In response to the exist⁃ing shortcomings,corresponding urban-rural planning strategies are proposed from macro level,medium level,and micro level,providing new ideas for the study of walkability planning in cold residential areas.
