复杂地质条件下地铁隧道盾构机选型与适应性分析

摘要 地铁工程施工条件复杂,受城市建筑、管线水网、交通环境等因素约束。地铁隧道采用盾构法施工,具有较大的优越性。以合肥地铁5号线工程为例,进行复杂地质条件下地铁隧道盾构机选型与适应性分析。合肥地铁5号线隧道地质复杂,既有富水破碎岩层,又有高硬度和上软下硬特殊地层,极易出现喷涌、刀盘结泥饼等问题。通过盾构机选型与适应性分析,确保了工程顺利进行,对于类似工程具有参考价值。 The construction condition of subway engineering is complex,constrained by urban building,pipeline water network,traffic environment and other factors.The shield method of subway tunnel has great advantages.Taking the Hefei Metro Line 5 project as an example,the selection and adaptability analysis of the shield machine of subway tunnel under complex geological condition were carried out.The tunnel of Hefei Metro Line 5 has a complex geology,including water-rich broken rock formation,as well as special strata with high hardness and upper soft and lower hardness,which is prone to problems such as gushing and cutterhead mud cake.Through the selection and adaptability analysis of the shield machine,the smooth progress of the project was ensured,and has reference value for similar projects.
