摘要
在确定参数和选用材料的基础上,对铝合金转运器具进行结构设计。铝合金转运器具整体结构分为框架、前挡、后挡、底部支撑四个部分,分别进行了介绍。在堆码、叉举、侧翻三种工况下,对铝合金转运器具进行计算机辅助制造强度仿真分析,得到各种工况下的最大应力,确认满足强度要求。
On the basis of determining parameter and selecting material,the structural design of aluminum alloy transfer apparatus was carried out.The overall structure of aluminum alloy transfer apparatus is divided into four parts,such as frame,front block,rear block,and bottom support,which were separately introduced.Under the stacking,cross-lifting and tilting conditions,the manufacturing strength of aluminum alloy transfer apparatus was simulated and analyzed with computer-aided engineering.The maximum stresses under various working conditions were obtained,and it is confirmed that the design can meet the strength requirement.
