摘要
铝合金阁楼式货架由立柱、货架层板、平台楼面板、横梁、楼梯、护栏等零部件通过螺栓连接组成,材料选用6061-T6铝合金和5083-H321铝合金。对铝合金阁楼式货架进行结构设计,并建立其三维模型。同时对铝合金阁楼式货架进行力学分析,得到货架层板、平台楼面板、立柱的最大应力和最大位移。力学分析结果满足标准要求和使用需求,由此确认所设计的铝合金阁楼式货架是安全的。
Aluminum alloy attic shelf is composed of column,shelf laminate,platform floor,beam,stair,guardrail and other parts connected by bolt.The materials used are 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and 5083-H321 aluminum alloy.The structure of aluminum alloy attic shelf was designed and its three-dimensional model was established.Simultaneously,the mechanical analysis of aluminum alloy attic shelf was carried out,and the maximum stress and displacement of shelf laminate,platform floor and column were obtained.The mechanical analysis results satisfy the standard requirement and use requirement,thus confirming that the designed aluminum alloy attic shelf is safe.
