6061铝合金元素含量对产品影响的分析

Analysis of Influence of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Element Content on Product

采用两种不同的6061铝合金元素含量方案,制作四种试样,从表面质量、宏观组织、微观组织、力学性能四方面分析6061铝合金不同元素含量对产品的影响。通过分析可知,对于表面质量和微观组织,方案1优于方案2;对于力学性能,方案2优于方案1;6061铝合金元素含量对宏观组织没有明显影响。在日常生产中,在满足国家标准的前提下,应考虑需求方要求,合理控制6061铝合金元素含量。

Four kinds of samples were made by using two different 6061 aluminum alloy element content schemes,and the influence of different element contents on product were analyzed from the four aspects of surface quality,macro-structure,micro-structure and mechanical property.According to the analysis,scheme 1 is better than scheme 2 in surface quality and micro-structure.For mechanical property,scheme 2 is better than scheme 1.The element content of 6061 aluminum alloy has no obvious effect on the macro-structure.In daily production,under the premise of meeting national standard,the element content of 6061 aluminum alloy should be reasonably controlled by considering the customer requirement.
