海口市妊娠期女性不同时间段饮水行为分析

摘要 目的 分析海口市妊娠期女性不同时间段的饮水行为,为指导妊娠期女性健康饮水、制定适宜饮水计划提供科学依据。方法 本研究为前瞻性观察研究设计,于2019年5月至2020年8月期间在海口市妇幼保健院门诊招募妊娠期女性142人。调查对象需分别在妊娠早、中、晚期产检前7天采用《7天24小时饮水行为调查问卷》及带有刻度值并精确至10mL的量具,详细记录每天八个时间段内每次饮水的类型及饮用量。结果 调查对象每日饮水量随妊娠早、中、晚期逐渐升高(1 339mL vs.1 481mL vs.1 585mL,χ^(2)=134.155,P<0.05);上午饮水量(445mL vs.402mL vs.480mL)、下午饮水量(389mL vs.476mL vs.564mL)、晚上饮水量(522mL vs.610mL vs.635mL)、就餐时饮水量(578mL vs.579mL vs.604mL)、非就餐时饮水量(780mL vs.900mL vs.978mL)均在妊娠晚期最高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值介于19.233~139.099之间,P<0.05);白水是妊娠早、中、晚期最主要的饮水类型;妊娠早、中、晚期八个时间段饮水行为中,早餐前饮水量均为最低(χ^(2)值介于370.674~640.912之间,P<0.05);上午及下午饮水量均低于晚上(χ^(2)值介于145.113~204.396之间,P<0.05);就餐时饮水量均低于非就餐时(Z值介于10.074~10.338之间,P<0.05)。结论 本研究中,妊娠期女性饮水量在妊娠早期最低,妊娠晚期最高,且未能做到主动规律饮水。应结合妊娠期女性身体需要特点,制定适宜饮水策略,促进健康饮水。 Objective To analyze water intake behaviors in different periods a day of pregnant women in Haikou,and to provide scientific basis for guiding pregnant women to drink water healthily and make appropriate drinking water plan.Methods This study was designed as a prospective observational study.We recruited 142 pregnant women from May 2019 to August 2020 in the department of outpatient of Haikou Hospital of the Maternal and Child Health.The participants were required to record in detail the type and amount of each drinking fluids in eight time periods of 7 consecutive days before prenatal examination in early,middle and late pregnancy,using the 7-day 24-hour Fluid Intake Questionnaire and a measuring tool with a scale value accurate to 10mL.Results The daily total drinking fluids of participants increased gradually with the early,middle and late pregnancy(1339mL us.1481mL us.1585mL,χ^(2)=134.155,P<0.05);the total drinking fluids participants drank in the morning(445mL s.402mL us.480mL),afternoon(389mL us.476mL us.564mL),evening(522mL us.610mL vs.635mL),mealtime(578mL us.579mL s.604mL),and non-mealtime(780mL us.900mL us.978mL)was statistically significantly different among the three pregnancies,which in late pregnancy were the highest(χ^(2)ranged from 19.233 to 139.099,P<0.05);plain water was the main type of drinking fluids in the early,middle and late pregnancy;the total drinking fluids before breakfast was the lowest among the 8 time periods in three pregnancies(χ^(2) ranged from 370.674 to 640.912,P<0.05);the total drinking fluids in the morning and afternoon was lower than that in the evening in three pregnancies(χ^(2)ranged from 145.113 to 204.396,P<0.05);the total drinking fluids at mealtime was lower than that at non-mealtime(Z ranged from 10.074 to 10.338,P<0.05).Conclusion In this study,the total drinking fluids of pregnant women was the lowest in the early pregnancy and the highest in the late pregnancy,and they failed to drink water actively and regularly.In order to promote healthy drinking,appropriate drinking strategies should be formulated according to the characteristics of pregnant women's physical needs during pregnancy.
