新时代应用型本科高校劳动教育存在问题及对策研究——基于11省43所高校的调查

Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Labor Educationin Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities in the New Era—Based on the Survey in 43 Universities in 11 Provinces

全面加强劳动教育是新时代应用型本科高校开展劳动教育的必然要求。在对河南省、广东省、陕西省、上海市等11个省份的43所应用型本科高校实证研究的基础上,在全面科学把握应用型本科高校劳动教育内涵和本质特征基础上,应用型本科高校应遵循大学生成长发展规律,结合区域经济社会发展实际和办学定位、办学特色,从创新劳动教育的体制机制、创新劳动教育人才培养模式、构建系统化劳动教育课程体系、创新劳动教育方式方法等方面实施劳动教育。

Comprehensively strengthening the labor education is the inevitable requirement for application-oriented undergraduate universities to carry out labor education in the new era.Based on the empirical study in 43 application-oriented undergraduate universities in 11 provinces(including the municipality directly under the central government),such as Henan province,Guangdong province,Shanxi province,and Shanghai city etc.,and on the basis of comprehensively and scientifically grasping the connotation and essential characteristics of labor education in application-oriented undergraduate universities,we should carry out the labor education in the following aspects:innovating the mechanism of labor education,innovating the cultivation mode for the labor education talents,constructing the systematic curriculum system of labor education,and innovating the methods of labor education.In the process,we should follow the law of university students’growth and development,and combine the actual situation of regional economic and social development together with the orientation and characteristics of application-oriented undergraduate universities.
