城市老旧小区改造策略研究——以南昌朝阳小区为例

STUDY ON RENOVATION STRATEGIES OF OLD URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD-TAKING CHAOYANG XIAOQU IN NANCHANG AS AN EXAMPLE

在城市的快速发展下,不少老旧小区已无法满足居民的生活需求,城市老旧小区改造已经成为重要的民生工程。本文先总结了城市老旧小区提升改造的意义与常见措施,之后在对南昌市朝阳小区的实际调研的基础上,从排水管道、公共活动空间、道路与建筑等方面入手,提出解决该小区现存问题的提升改造策略。研究旨在为该老旧小区的提升改造提供一定参考。

Under the rapid development of the cities,many old neighborhoods have been unable to meet the living needs of the residents.Therefore,the renovation of old urban neighborhoods has become an important livelihood project in China.The author first summarizes the significance and common measures of upgrading and renovating old urban neighborhoods.Then based on the research of Chaoyang Xiaoqu in Nanchang City,the author proposes renovation strategies to solve the existing problems of the neighborhood.including drainage pipes,public space,roads and buildings.The study aims to provide some reference for the upgrading and renovation of the old urban neighborhood.
