碎冰水域近岸壁航行船舶的载荷特性

摘要 基于STAR-CCM+软件,采用CFD-DEM耦合对近岸壁航行船舶载荷特性进行研究,分析单向耦合和双向耦合对船舶冰水载荷及冲量大小的影响,并探究了船舶在开敞水域、沿岸壁航行水域及沿岸壁碎冰水域航行时的兴波特性。结果表明:单向耦合、双向耦合的选择对冰载荷大小有一定影响,在同一工况下,双向耦合时的曲线振荡频率更快且冰载荷数值大于单向耦合时的数值,水阻力也大于单向耦合时的水阻力;在碎冰直径、厚度、碎冰密集度相同时,船体冰载荷、水阻力、冲量随着弗汝德数的增大而增大;船舶沿着岸壁航行时,碎冰出现了明显的堆积,在其他因素不变时,随着船岸距离的增大,冰载荷均值减小,水阻力也呈减小趋势。 Based on STAR-CCM+software,CFD-DEM coupling method is used to study the load on a ship sailing near the shore wall.The influence of one-way coupling and two-way coupling on the ship's ice-water load and impulse is analyzed systematically.The wave making characteristics of a ship sailing in open water,coastal wall navigation water and coastal wall ice breaking water are explored.The numerical results show that:The selection of one-way and two-way coupling has a certain influence on the magnitude of the ice load.Under the same navigation conditions,when the two-way coupling is used to calculate the ice resistance and impulse magnitude,the oscillation frequency of the curve is much larger,and the peak value of the ice load is larger than that of the single coupling.The water resistance is greater than that of the single coupling.When the diameter,thickness and density of the crushed ice are the same,with the increase of the Fourier number,it is found that the ice load,water resistance and impulse increase.When the ship sails along the shore wall,there is an obvious accumulation of ice fragments.When other factors remain unchanged,with the increase of the distance from the ship to the shore,the average ice load decreases,and the water resistance also tends to decrease.
