船用核安全级基座强度研究

摘要 船用核安全级基座承受设备重力、波浪载荷和冲击载荷等多种载荷,研究船用核级基座强度对船舶核安全有着重要作用。以某核动力船舶在设定海域的波浪载荷为基础,通过有限元软件NASTRAN对多个海浪作用下的基座结构强度进行数值模拟,并采用等效静力法对基座在冲击载荷作用下的强度进行分析。分析结果表明,冲击载荷对波浪载荷有一定包络性,核安全级基座结构设计应优先考虑该冲击载荷作用。 The marine nuclear safety base is subjected to various loads such as weight and the wave force and the impact load.It is important to check the strength of marine nuclear base to ensure the safety of nuclear power equipment.Based on the wave load of a nuclear-powered ship in the set sea area,the strength of the foundation structure under the action of multiple waves is numerically simulated by the finite element software NASTRAN,and the strength of the foundation under the impact load is analyzed by the equivalent static method.The results show that the impact load has a certain envelope to the wave force,and the impact load is a prime consideration for the design of nuclear safety base structure.
