广西少数民族干部的培养机制研究

Study on Training Mechanism of Ethnic Minority Cadres in Guangxi

少数民族干部作为联系少数民族群众的重要桥梁,其培养对做好民族工作、维护地区稳定、促进经济发展、提供人才支撑有重要意义,可以促进各民族同胞团结和谐、共同进步,带领各族各村振兴乡村、发展经济,帮助少数民族干部成长成才、提高能力。加强广西少数民族干部的培养工作,应建立职业生涯管理机制,使用TQM完善质量管理机制,推进少数民族干部培养工作体系化,建立培训转化机制和监督制约机制,创建少数民族干部援助计划,优化少数民族干部培养的机制,从而为持续发挥少数民族干部的纽带作用提供制度保证。

Ethnic minority cadres as an important bridge to connect with the masses of ethnic minorities,are of great significance in doing a good job in ethnic work,maintaining regional stability,promoting economic development and providing talent support,and can promote unity,harmony and common progress among compatriots of all ethnic groups,lead them to revitalize rural areas and develop the economy,help ethnic cadres grow and improve their abilities.To strengthen the training of ethnic minority cadres,we should establish a career management mechanism,use TQM to improve the quality management mechanism,promote the systematization of ethnic minority cadre training work,improve the training transformation mechanism and the supervision and restraint mechanism,create an ethnic minority cadre assistance plan,and optimize the ethnic minority cadre cultivation mechanism,so as to continue to play the bonding role of ethnic minority cadres.
