中国科技人才集聚对高质量就业的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章采用省级面板数据,以2010—2021年为研究节点,运用双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证分析我国科技人才集聚对高质量就业的影响。研究发现,2010—2021年间,我国科技人才集聚度和就业质量区域差异明显,整体上呈东—中—西依次递减态势,同时就业质量得分普遍不高,但随时间发展呈上升趋势;无论经济发展水平如何,我国科技人才集聚对就业质量的促进作用不会改变;数字经济作为当今重要经济形态,在科技人才集聚与就业质量之间发挥一定的中介效应。分析表明,科技人才集聚能够显著促进就业质量提升,而促进科技人才集聚,则应构建区域科技人才共享机制,优化科技人才就业环境,加快数字政府建设,助推数字红利进一步释放。 Using the provincial panel data and taking 2010-2021 as the study node,this paper uses the two-way fixed effect model and the mediating effect model to empirically analyze the influence of China's science and technology talent aggregation on high-quality employment.(1)Between 2010 and 2021,there were significant regional differences in science and technology talent aggregation and employment quality in China,an overall decreasing trend from east to center to west was shown,and at the same time,employment quality scores were generally not high,but an upward trend was shown over time;(2)Regardless of the level of economic development,the promoting effect of science and technology talent aggregation on employment quality in China will not change;(3)As the mainstream economic form,digital economy has a certain mediating effect between science and technology talent aggregation and employment quality.As shown by analysis,science and technology talent aggregation can promote the improvement of employment quality at a significant level.To promote science and technology talent aggregation,we should establish a regional science and technology talent sharing mechanism,optimize the employment environment for science and technology talents,accelerate the construction of digital government,and promote the further release of digital dividends.
