重组人源化胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复敷料治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Recombinant Humanized Collagen Nasal Mucosa Repair Dressing in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探讨重组人源化胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复敷料治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年3月九江学院附属医院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(采用重组人源化胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复敷料鼻腔喷鼻)与对照组(采用生理盐水鼻腔喷鼻),各48例。观察鼻部症状改善情况、炎性因子、鼻通气功能、临床疗效及生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏症状评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平、最大呼气流速(PEF)昼夜变异率低于治疗前,PEF高于治疗前,观察组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、PEF昼夜变异率低于对照组,观察组PEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);治疗后,两组活动、情感、实际问题、鼻部症状、睡眠、眼部症状等评分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人源化胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复敷料能够提高过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效,改善鼻部症状,提升鼻功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of recombinant humanized collagen nasal mucosa repair dressing in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:Ninety-six patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang College from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(using recombinant humanized collagen nasal mucosa repair dressing nasal spray)and control group(using saline nasal spray),each with forty-eight cases.The improvement of nasal symptoms,inflammatory factors,nasal ventilation function,clinical efficacy and quality of life were observed.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of runny nose,itchy nose,nasal congestion and sneezing in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the diurnal variability of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αlevel,and maximal expiratory flow rate(PEF)was lower than before treatment in both groups,and PEF was higher than before treatment;The diurnal variability rates of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and PEF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and PEF in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);After treatment,the scores of activity,emotion,practical problems,nasal symptoms,sleep and eye symptoms of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant humanized collagen nasal mucosa repair dressing can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with allergic rhinitis,improve nasal symptoms,enhance nasal function,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of life.
