无创呼吸机治疗新生儿肺炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗新生儿肺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月铜仁市人民医院收治的新生儿肺炎患儿40例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各20例。对照组实施鼻导管吸氧治疗,试验组实施无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血气指标、症状及时间指标。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。治疗后,试验组pH值、氧分压、血氧饱和度高于对照组,二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组心率低于对照组,住院时间、气促改善时间、湿啰音消失时间、鼻塞消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿肺炎治疗过程中使用无创呼吸机加治疗,可提升疾病治疗效果,改善患儿血气指标,缩短症状持续时间,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.Methods:Forty cases of neonatal pneumonia admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group based on the randomized numerical table method,with twenty cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal catheter oxygen therapy,and the experimental group was treated with noninvasive ventilator.Compare the treatment effect,blood gas indexes,symptoms and time indexes of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);After treatment,pH,oxygen partial pressure,blood oxygen saturation of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The heart rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the length of hospitalization,the time of improvement of shortness of breath,the time of disappearance of wet rales,and the time of disappearance of nasal congestion were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of noninvasive ventilator plus therapy in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia can enhance the therapeutic effect of the disease,improve the blood gas indexes of the children and shorten the duration of symptoms,which is worth promoting.
