护患沟通技巧在颅内出血稳定期患儿中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nurse-patient Communication Skills in Children with Stable Intracranial Hemorrhage

目的:探讨护患沟通技巧在颅内出血稳定期患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月信宜市妇幼保健院收治的86例颅内出血稳定期患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用护患沟通技巧干预。比较两组并发症发生率、家属总满意度、护患纠纷发生率及血流动力学指标。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);研究组家属总满意度高于对照组,护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容及纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿颅内出血病情稳定期,应用护患沟通技巧可以有效地改善患儿的血流动力学指标,降低并发症发生率,提高家属满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in children with stable intracranial hemorrhage.Methods:86 children with stable intracranial hemorrhage admitted to Xinyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,each with 43 cases,the control group with routine nursing intervention,the study group with nurse-patient communication skills intervention.The incidence of complications,total family satisfaction,nurse-patient disputes and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016);The total satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte volume and fibrinogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the stable stage of intracranial hemorrhage in children,the application of nursery-patient communication skills can effectively improve the hemodynamic index of children,reduce the incidence of complications,improve family satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of nursery-patient disputes.
