血清性激素6项检测对不孕症的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Serum Sex Hormone 6 Test for Infertility

目的:探讨血清性激素6项检测对不孕症的诊断价值。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月安徽省妇幼保健院收治的不孕症患者100例作为研究对象,其中月经正常患者50例为试验1组,月经紊乱患者50例为试验2组,将同期我院健康体检者50例作为对照组。检测并比较三组受检者血清性激素6项,包括睾酮(TESTO)、孕酮(PROG)、催乳激素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)。结果:试验1组和对照组TESTO、PROG、PRL、E2、LH、FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验2组LH、FSH、PRL水平均高于试验1组、对照组,E2水平低于试验1组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症患者应用血清性激素6项检测效果明显,通过LH、FSH、PRL水平可以反映患者内分泌情况,有助于指导临床诊断与用药,但针对月经正常的患者指导作用不大。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum sex hormone 6 test for infertility.Methods:One hundred cases of infertility patients admitted to Anhui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects.Among them,fifty cases of patients with normal menstruation were included as test group 1,fifty cases of patients with menstrual disorders were included as test group 2,and fifty cases of patients who had health checkups in our hospital during the same period of time were included as the control group.Six serum sex hormones,including testosterone(TESTO),progesterone(PROG),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),were measured and compared among the three groups.Results:Comparison of the levels of TESTO,PROG,PRL,E2,LH,and FSH between the test group 1,and the control group showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);The levels of LH,FSH and PRL in test group 2 were higher than those in test group 1 and control group,and the levels of E2 were lower than those in test group 1 and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of serum sex hormone 6 tests in infertility patients has obvious effect,which can reflect the endocrine condition of patients through LH,FSH and PRL levels,and help to guide the clinical diagnosis and medication,but the guidance effect is not great for patients with normal menstruation.
