血常规联合凝血6项指标检验在不同孕期孕妇临床妊娠期间的应用价值

Application Value of Blood Routine Combined with 6 Coagulation Indexes in Clinical Pregnancy of Pregnant Women in Different Pregnancies

目的:观察血常规联合凝血6项指标检验在不同孕期孕妇临床妊娠期间的应用价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年4月深圳大学附属华南医院收治的孕妇240例为研究对象,将其依照妊娠时间分为4组,各60例。比较四组孕妇的体重检测结果、血常规指标与凝血6项指标。结果:孕早期组体重低于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。随着孕周增加,孕早期组白细胞计数和红细胞体积分布宽度水平均低于其他三组,红细胞计数、血红蛋白和血小板计数均高于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕晚期组平均红细胞体积高于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕早期组D-二聚体、纤维蛋白降解产物、活化部分凝血活酶时间和凝血酶时间高于其他三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:孕妇妊娠期各个阶段体内的血常规和凝血功能会出现较大改变。因此,通过血液常规和凝血6项检验,可以帮助孕妇对妊娠期间自身状况进行了解,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the application value of blood routine combined with 6 coagulation indexes in clinical pregnancy of pregnant women in different pregnancies.Methods:A total of two hundred and forty pregnant women admitted to South China Hospital Affiliated to Shenzhen University from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into 4 groups according to the gestation time,with sixty cases each.The results of weight detection,blood routine indexes and 6 indexes of coagulation were compared among the four groups of pregnant women.Results:The weight of the first trimester group was lower than that of the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);With the increase of gestational age,the WBC count and RBC volume distribution width of the early gestational group were lower than those of the other three groups,and the RBC count,hemoglobin and platelet count were higher than those of the other three groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The average erythrocyte volume in the late pregnancy group was higher than that in the other three groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The D-dimer,fibrin degradation products,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in the first trimester group were higher than those in the other three groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The blood routine and blood clotting function in the body of pregnant women at various stages of pregnancy will have great changes.Therefore,through blood routine and 6 coagulation tests,can help pregnant women to understand their own conditions during pregnancy,with clinical application value.
