Traditional Application and Modern Research of Chaenomelis Fructus

中药木瓜为常用中药材,宣木瓜是中药木瓜的道地药材,具舒筋活络,和胃化湿之功效,药用历史悠久,临床应用广泛。因此,本文对木瓜历史沿革、传统炮制、传统药方、现代药理研究、现代开发利用等内容进行了综述,发现木瓜药用历史悠久,功效显著,但目前木瓜的开发利用仍然以初加工为主,未能充分发挥传统炮制方法和经典药方的作用,缺乏深加工产品,开发利用研究有待进一步加强。

Chaenomelis Fructus was a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine.Xuanmugua was a genuine medicinal material of Chaenomelis Fructus.It had the effects of relaxing muscles and activating collaterals,harmonizing the stomach and removing dampness.It had a long medicinal history and was widely used in clinical practice.This paper summarized the historical evolution,traditional processing,traditional prescriptions,modern pharmacological research,modern development and utilization of Chaenomelis Fructus.It is found that Chaenomelis Fructus has a long medicinal history and remarkable efficacy,but the development and utilization of Chaenomelis Fructus is still dominated by primary processing,and lack of deep-processing products at present.The development and utilization of Chaenomelis Fructus needs to be researched further.
