微信督导肺功能康复护理对肺结核患者遵医行为、自我护理能力及运动耐力的影响

Effects of Pulmonary Function Rehabilitation Nursing Supervised through WeChat on Compliance Behavior,Self-care Ability and Exercise Endurance of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨微信督导肺功能康复护理对肺结核患者遵医行为、自我护理能力及运动耐力的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月在本院收治的肺结核患者80例,随机分为对照组和干预组各40例。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上接受微信督导肺功能康复护理。比较两组患者的肺功能指标、遵医行为、自我护理能力及运动耐力。结果:干预后干预组FEV1、FVC及PEF与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后干预组遵医行为量表各维度评分、自我护理能力量表各维度评分及总分、干预组运动耐力与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微信督导肺功能康复护理能改善肺结核患者肺功能,提高遵医行为、自我护理能力及运动耐力。

Objective:To explore the effects of pulmonary function rehabilitation nursing supervised through WeChat on compliance behavior,self-care ability and exercise endurance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received pulmonary function rehabilitation nursing supervised through WeChat on the basis of routine nursing.Pulmonary function indexes,compliance behavior,self-care ability and exercise endurance were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,there were significant differences in FEV1,FVC and PEF between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05).In addition,there were statistically significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in the scores of each dimension of the compliance behavior scale,the scores and total scores of each dimension of the self-nursing ability scale,and the exercise endurance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary function rehabilitation nursing supervised through WeChat can improve pulmonary function,compliance behavior,self-care ability and exercise endurance of tuberculosis patients.
