摘要
消费自由是指消费者能够根据自身的消费需求、意愿、欲望、能力、偏好、品味等进行消费选择与体验的自由。它是人之自由的重要内容与形态之一。不过,消费自由与消费责任是密切联系、相互制约、辩证统一的。人无限度地伸张消费自由必然会造成一系列严重危害,因而必须以相应的责任对其进行有力限制。这要求消费者必须扬弃传统消费观念与习惯,将科技创新与绿色发展、生态环保、社会正义、人的自由全面发展等重要责任纳入消费考量之中,大力培育与积极践行“新消费价值观”。
Freedom of consumption refers to the freedom of consumers to choose and experience consumption according to their own needs,wishes,desires,abilities,preferences,tastes and so on.It is one of the important contents and forms of human freedom.However,freedom of consumption and its responsibility are closely linked,mutually restricted and dialectically unified.It is inevitable that a series of serious harms will be caused when people promote the freedom of consumption without limit,so it must be effectively restricted by corresponding responsibilities.This requires consumers to abandon their traditional consumption concepts and habits.Meanwhile,we should incorporate important responsibilities such as scientific and technological innovation and green development,ecological and environmental protection,social justice and the free and all-round development of human beings into consumption considerations.In other words,we should vigorously cultivate and actively practice“new consumption values”.
