基于乡村振兴战略下乡村智慧绿道模式研究

Research on the Mode of Rural Smart Greenway Based on the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的提出,乡村规划建设全局观正逐渐形成,不再聚焦于单一“点”的提升,而是追求“串点成线,以线代面”的乡村全局发展[1],但现阶段乡村绿道建设存在重功能、旅游,轻文化价值;重路线选择,轻村落联动等现象,多元价值未得到充分体现。为此,作者依托北京市延庆区风景线建设,探究在乡村振兴战略和城乡融合发展的双重挑战下,从改善生态环境、保护文化资源、提供游憩空间、促进经济发展等多元需求出发,讨论智慧乡村绿道模式的可延展性。

With the proposal of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the overall view of rural planning and construction is gradually taking shape.Instead of focusing on the promotion of a single"point",it pursues the overall rural development of"connecting points to form a line,and substituting lines for areas".However,at this stage,the construction of rural greenways pays attention to functions and tourism,neglects cultural values,emphasizes route selection,neglects village linkage,and the multiple values have not been fully reflected.Therefore,relying on the construction of scenic spots in Yanqing District,Beijing,the author explores the scalability of the smart village greenway model in the face of the dual challenges of Rural Revitalization Strategy and urban-rural integration development,starting from the multiple needs of improving the ecological environment,protecting cultural resources,providing recreational space and promoting economic development.
