基于5D-BIM的变电站管控平台设计与实践研究

摘要 对工程项目进行有效管理,能够保障整个工程项目的顺利进行。BIM技术是建筑行业信息化发展的重要成果,可对项目规划、决策、设计及施工等各个过程进行实时跟踪和有效管理。文章基于五维BIM管控理念,对变电站工程项目从规划到施工的整个生命周期进行深入分析,进而对变电站工程项目管理系统进行详细布局和设计,搭建了5D-BIM管控平台,为今后相关研究工作的进一步深入展开提供借鉴和参考。 Effective management of the project can ensure the smooth progress of the whole project.BIM technology is an important achievement in the informatization development of the construction industry,which can track and effectively manage the various processes of project planning,decision-making,design and construction in real time.Based on the five-dimensional BIM management and control concept,the whole life cycle of substation engineering projects from planning to construction is deeply analyzed,and then the detailed layout and design of substation engineering project management system is carried out,and the 5DBIM management and control platform is built,which provides reference for the further in-depth development of related research work in the future.
