面对建筑市场规模与建造效率协同发展难的问题,文章基于BIM技术对建筑项目工程造价管理模式优化展开分析。分别从造价估算、施工阶段和竣工阶段,探究BIM技术如何运用于建筑项目中,以期为改进当前造价管理工作形式奠定基础。

In the face of the difficulty of coordinated development between the scale of the construction market and construction efficiency,the article analyzes the optimization of construction project cost management mode based on BIM technology.This paper explores how BIM technology can be applied in construction projects from the perspectives of cost estimation,construction stage,and completion stage,in order to lay the foundation for improving the current cost management work form.
