摘要
BIM技术,即建筑信息模型技术,已成为建筑设计发展趋势,将为建筑产业带来革命性升级,随着建筑工程项目越来越复杂,BIM技术能够很好满足建筑工程的建设需求,设计人员在它的帮助下也能够完成建筑结构设计任务更高质高效。特别是对一些比较复杂的建筑工程项目,在结构设计方案阶段最容易出现问题,进而会给后续的建筑工程项目施工等带来很大的困难,因此必须予以优化控制。BIM技术作为一种建筑结构设计优化的技术创新手段,可以发挥出较强的应用价值。文章以BIM技术为研究对象,重点围绕BIM技术在建筑结构设计优化中的应用,首先简明指出了关于BIM技术的应用优势,随后结合某新城学校项目,探讨了BIM技术在优化建筑结构设计中的应用。
BIM technology,that is,building information modeling technology,has become the development trend of architectural design,which will bring a revolutionary upgrade to the construction industry.As construction projects become more and more complex,BIM technology can well meet the construction needs of construction projects,and with the help of it,designers can also complete building structure design tasks with higher quality and efficiency.Especially for some complex construction projects,problems are most likely to occur in the stage of structural design schemes,which will bring great difficulties to the construction of subsequent construction projects,so it must be optimized and controlled.BIM technology,as a technical innovation method for building structure design optimization,can exert a strong application value.This paper takes BIM technology as the research object,and focuses on the application of BIM technology in the optimization of building structure design.Firstly,it briefly points out the application advantages of BIM technology,and then discusses the application of BIM technology in optimizing the design of building structures in combination with a new city school project.
