华中地区A公司总部大楼建筑节能设计策略研究

Research on Energy Efficiency Design Strategy of the Headquarters Building of A Company in Central China

文章介绍了在华中地区A公司总部大楼建筑节能设计中,通过以气候环境引导建筑设计,以建筑能耗目标为导向,采用性能化设计方法,利用高性能的围护结构、高效能源设计系统以及可再生能源等措施,实现预设的项目近零能耗设计指标,采取的建筑节能设计策略具有良好的节能效果,为类似办公楼项目提供参考依据。

This paper introduces the energy-saving design of the headquarters building of A Company in central China.It realizes the preset near-zero energy consumption design index of the project by guiding the building design with the climate environment,taking the building energy consumption target as the guide,adopting the performance-based design methodology,and utilizing the high-performance envelope,high-efficiency energy design system,and renewable energy and other measures,and the adopted building energy-saving design strategy has good energy-saving effects,which can provide reference basis for similar office building projects.
