摘要
青少年犯罪严重威胁着社会和谐稳定,成为了尾大不掉的世界性社会问题。青少年犯罪特点及趋势要求不断加强青少年的犯罪治理,其中青少年犯罪防控是最佳途径。青少年犯罪防控目的不在于惩罚,而在于如何教育、保护、预防青少年走上犯罪道路。加强青少年教育成为青少年犯罪防控的重要途径。泛在学习作为青少年教育的重要形式,其即时性、交互性、可获取性、情境性、真实性、社会性等特征以及教育功用十分切合青少年犯罪防控实际,成为其教育重要途径。泛在学习融入青少年犯罪防控十分必要,因为青少年健康人格培养需要泛在学习介入;青少年“身体的自我管理”能力培养需要泛在学习介入;青少年复合型人才培养需要泛在学习介入。由于泛在学习承载海量学习内容,充实日常生活,使青少年无犯罪时间;泛在学习扩展延伸学习空间,优化学习环境,使青少年无犯罪空间;泛在学习发展多样学习方式,培养学习能力,使青少年无犯罪意图,使得其融入青少年犯罪防控成为可能。要想达到青少年犯罪防控之目的,泛在学习需融入青少年德育,提升青少年道德素养,降低青少年犯罪意识;泛在学习需融入青少年智育,提高青少年智识水平,提增青少年犯罪认知;泛在学习需融入青少年美育,增强青少年文明素质,使青少年无犯罪空间;泛在学习需融入青少年体育,增强青少年身体素质,提升青少年反犯罪身体;泛在学习需融入青少年劳动教育,培育青少年担当意识,消除青少年犯罪动力。泛在学习使得青少年时时处处都能学习,在提升其道德素养、智慧能力、美的认知的同时,使其拥有强健的体魄、健康的心理,最终在知法懂法守法的状态下做到犯罪防控。
Juvenile delinquency seriously threatens social harmony and stability and has become a worldwide social problem.The characteristics and trends of juvenile delinquency require us to constantly strengthen the management of juvenile delinquency,and the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency are the best way.The purpose of prevention and control of juvenile delinquency is not punishment,but the way to educate,protect and prevent them from committing crimes.Strengthening juvenile education has become an important way to prevent and control juvenile delinquency.As an important form of youth education,ubiquitous learning,owning the characteristics of immediacy,interactivity,accessibility,situational,authenticity,sociality and educational functions,is very suitable for the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency,and has become an important way.It is necessary for ubiquitous learning to be integrated into the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency because the cultivation of healthy personality of adolescents,the cultivation of"physical self-management"ability,and the cultivation of compound talents need the involvement of ubiquitous learning.Due to the massive amount of learning content carried by ubiquitous learning,it enriches daily life and enables teenagers to have no criminal time.It can expand and extend learning space,optimize the learning environment,and make juvenile delinquency no space.It can develop various learning methods,cultivate learning ability,make the teenagers have no criminal intention,and make it possible to integrate them into the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency.In order to achieve the goal of juvenile delinquency prevention and control,ubiquitous learning needs to be integrated into youth moral education,improve youth moral literacy,and reduce juvenile delinquency awareness.It also should be integrated into the intellectual education of young people to improve their intellectual level,and increase their awareness of juvenile delinquency.It should be integrated into the aesthetic education of teenagers to enhance the civilized quality of teenagers,and reduce the motivation of juvenile delinquency to commit crimes.It should be integrated into youth sports,enhancing their physical fitness,and enhancing their anti crime physique.It should be integrated into the labor education of young people to cultivate the sense of responsibility of young people,and eliminate the motivation of juvenile delinquency.Ubiquitous learning enables teenagers to learn at all times and everywhere,while enhancing their moral literacy,intellectual ability,and awareness of beauty.At the same time,it enables them to have a strong physique and healthy psychology,ultimately achieving crime prevention and control in a state of knowing,understanding,and abiding by the law.
