海水吸收烟气二氧化碳模拟评价

摘要 介绍了采用Aspen Plus软件建立了烟气中二氧化碳的海水吸收计算模型,根据海水组成调整吸收液,考察了贫海水流量、吸收温度对烟气中二氧化碳吸收效果的影响,计算了输送海水贫液泵扬程、吨碳水耗、吨碳电耗。在平衡级计算模型的基础上建立了速率计算模型,对吸收塔塔板数、填料高度、塔径进行了计算,得到20%捕集率时的吨碳水耗和电耗,并探讨了海水加压吸收二氧化碳的可行性。 Introduced the establishment of a seawater absorption calculation model for carbon dioxide in flue gas using Aspen Plus software.The absorption liquid is adjusted according to the composition of seawater.The influence of lean seawater flow and absorption temperature on the absorption of carbon dioxide in flue gas is investigated.The head of pump for transporting seawater lean solution,water consumption per ton of carbon,and power consumption per ton of carbon are calculated.Based on the equilibrium stage calculation model,the rate calculation model is established.The number of plates,the height of packing and the diameter of absorption column are calculated.The water consumption and power consumption per ton of carbon dioxide at 20%capture rate are obtained.The feasibility of pressurized seawater absorption of carbon dioxide is discussed.
