“十四五”以来,湖北院全面贯彻党的二十大精神,紧抓“双碳”发展机遇,主动改革创新,取得突出成效。本文简要论述湖北院改革创新背景、做法及成效,为电力设计企业在“双碳”背景下改革创新发展提供参考。

Since the“14th Five-Year Plan”,HEEC has fully implemented the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,seized the development opportunities of“dual carbon”,taken the initiative to reform and innovate,and achieved outstanding results.This paper will briefly discuss the background,practices and achievements of HEEC reform innovation,and provide reference for the reform innovation and development of electric power design enterprises under the background of“dual carbon”.
