摘要 1000 MW二次再热机组的给水系统是整个发电系统流程中最为关键的环节,而给水泵和高压加热器作为高压给水系统中最为重要的设备,其配置的可靠性和运行的经济性对整个电厂的生产和效益显得十分重要。本文通过分析国内1000 MW二次再热机组的给水泵配置和高压加热器系统的配置方案现状,从设备运行的可靠性、经济性和设备的布置方案角度进行综合技术经济比较,推荐在1000 MW二次再热机组的高压给水系统中采用1×100%容量汽动给水泵组,汽动给水泵组同轴布置在主厂房的中间层,双列U形管高压加热器的给水系统优化方案。 The feed water system of 1000 MW double reheat unit is the most critical link in the whole power generation system process.The feed water pump unit and high pressure heaters are the most important equipment in the feed water system.the reliability of their configuration and the economy of their operation are very important to the production and benefits of the whole power plant.This paper analyzes the current situation of the configuration scheme of feed water pump and high pressure heater system of 1000 MW double reheat unit in China,and makes a comprehensive technical and economic comparison from the perspective of equipment operation reliability,economy and equipment layout scheme.The optimization scheme of feed water system is recommended to adopt 1×100%capacity steam turbine driven feed water pump set,which coaxially arranged on the middlefloor of the main plant house,and double row U-tube high-pressure heaters in the high-pressure feed water system of 1000 MW double reheat unit.
