一种多功能阀门设计与分析

摘要 为控制系统管路中带固体颗粒废水介质的接通或切断、防止海水介质回流,有效保障系统的长期稳定运行。采用截止阀的强制开启、强制关闭结构和升降式止回阀的止回结构,利用这2种阀门结构组合,通过对其零部件的设计、流阻分析、应力计算分析进行整体结构的评价。结果表明,该阀门结构的组合能够实现系统管路中介质的接通、截断,可防止出口介质的倒流功能。说明采用截止阀的强制开启、强制关闭结构和升降式止回阀的止回结构的组合设计,可以解决系统管路中带固体颗粒物介质的排放,实现一阀多用的目的。 In order to control the turning on or cut off of the waste water medium with solid particles in the pipeline of the system,prevent the return of the seawater medium,and effectively ensure the long-term and stable operation of the system.The forced opening and closing structure of globe valve and the check structure of lift check valve are adopted,and the combination of these two kinds of valve structure is used.The overall structure is evaluated through the design of its parts,flow resistance analysis and stress calculation analysis.On the surface of the result,the combination of the valve structure can realize the connection and truncation of the medium in the system pipeline,and prevent the backflow function of the outlet medium.It shows that the combined design of the forced opening and closing structure of the globe valve and the check structure of the lift check valve can solve the discharge of medium with solid particles in the system pipeline and realize the purpose of multi-purpose of one valve.
