摘要
该文通过试验研究对SBS改性沥青加入WMX温拌剂(掺量0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%)后针入度、软化点、延度三大指标的影响变化,结果表明WMX温拌剂的最佳掺量为1.5%;通过掺入1.5%WMX温拌剂后沥青混合料在不同压实温度下成型马歇尔试件,通过马歇尔试验分析各压实温度下空隙率、稳定度、流值技术指标的影响变化,确定路面摊铺施工时最佳压实温度范围。结果表明,在最佳掺量的WMX沥青温拌剂作用下,路面摊铺压实温度可控制在143~159℃,路面施工降低压实温度最大可达22℃,降幅13.3%,降温效果明显。
This paper studies the influence of warm mix agent(WMX)on penetration,softening point and ductility of SBS modified asphalt after adding warm mix agent(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,and 2.5%).The results show that the optimum content of WMX is 1.5%.After adding 1.5%WMX,the Marshall specimen of asphalt mixture was formed at different compaction temperatures,and the influence changes of voidage,stability and flow value technical indexes under different compaction temperatures were analyzed by Marshall test,and the best compaction temperature range of pavement paving construction was determined.The results show that under the action of the optimum amount of WMX asphalt warm mix agent,the compaction temperature of pavement paving can be controlled between 143℃and 159℃,and the maximum reduction of compaction temperature in pavement construction can reach 22℃,with a decrease of 13.3%and an obvious cooling effect.
