摘要
RV减速器是一种广泛应用于高精度传动场合的减速装置,随着工业机器人领域的不断发展,RV减速器的使用量大大增加,因此对RV减速器展开深入研究具有重要意义。该文通过理论分析与仿真分析两方面对RV减速器的工作性能进行研究。首先对RV减速器的结构以及工作特性进行理论分析,而后利用ADAMS建立RV减速器的虚拟样机模型,对其工作过程进行动态仿真,获取主要零部件角速度及受力变化曲线,进一步研究其传动特点。
RV reducer is a kind of deceleration device which is widely used in high-precision transmission.With the continuous development of industrial robot field,the usage of RV reducer increases greatly,so it is of great significance to carry out in-depth research on RV reducer.This paper studies the working performance of RV reducer through theoretical analysis and simulation analysis.Firstly,the structure and working characteristics of RV reducer are analyzed theoretically,and then the virtual prototype model of RV reducer is established by ADAMS,and its working process is dynamically simulated to obtain the angular velocity and force variation curves of the main parts,and further study its transmission characteristics.
