寒冷地区某医院裙房辅楼超低能耗技术应用

摘要 该文以寒冷地区某医院裙房辅楼超低能耗项目为例,基于建筑关键能耗指标和室内环境参数,制定超低能耗建筑设计方案,分析项目采用的各项关键技术措施,包括屋面及外墙保温设计、无热桥节点处理、透明围护结构保温设计和新风热回收系统等方面,通过能耗模拟计算分析设计建筑与基准建筑能耗指标。总结提出中小型公共建筑超低能耗技术实践路径,推进建筑行业低碳发展,助力实现建筑领域“双碳”目标。 Taking the ultra-low energy consumption project of the auxiliary building of a hospital podium in cold area as an example,this paper formulates the design scheme of ultra-low energy consumption building based on the key energy consumption index and indoor environmental parameters,and analyzes the key technical measures adopted in the project,including roof and external wall thermal insulation design,non-thermal bridge joint treatment,transparent enclosure thermal insulation design,fresh air heat recovery system and so on.The energy consumption index of design building and benchmark building is analyzed by energy consumption simulation calculation.The paper summarizes and puts forward the practice path of ultra-low energy consumption technology for small and medium-sized public buildings,so as to promote the low-carbon development of the construction industry and help achieve the goal of"double carbon"in the construction field.
