蚌埠闸水电站水轮机转轮改造应用分析

摘要 蚌埠闸水电站是河床式低水头水力发电站,水轮机转轮经多年运行工况差、效率低。通过在不改变电站现有流道及其他部件的前提下,对转轮进行选型改造,提高水轮机额定工况效率,消除安全隐患,为早期建设的小水电站增容扩效提供一条好的改造途径。 Bengbu Sluice Hydropower Station is a riverbed low-head hydraulic power station,and the turbine runner has poor operating conditions and low efficiency for many years.Through the selection and transformation of the runner without changing the existing flow passage and other components of the power station,the rated working efficiency of the hydraulic turbine is improved and the safety hidden danger is eliminated,which is supposed to provide a good way to increase the capacity and efficiency of the early construction of small hydropower stations.
