摘要
该文以舟山市五山绿道定马线跨线桥深化设计为例,串联Rhino、AutoCAD、Excel三种软件在专业领域各自的特点,提出一种三维建模放样和数据处理的半自动化深化设计方法。利用该方法,能够实现双曲面桥梁、桥塔以及类似桥梁结构的三维模型的精确建立和双曲面零件的高精度放样展开。对类似的双曲面钢结构的深化设计、数据测量及生产制造具有较大的借鉴意义。
Taking the deepening design of Dingma Line Crossing Bridge of Wushan Green Road in Zhoushan City as an example,this paper combines the respective characteristics of Rhino,AutoCAD and Excel in professional field,and puts forward a semi-automatic deepening design method of 3D modeling lofting and data processing.By using this method,the accurate establishment of 3D model of hyperboloid bridge,bridge tower and similar bridge structure and the high precision lofting expansion of hyperboloid parts can be realized.It is of great reference significance for the deepening design,data measurement and manufacturing of similar hyperboloid steel structures.
