木材品质检测技术研究进展

摘要 木材品质检测分类是木材加工前的重要环节,研究木材品质检测分类技术能够极大地减轻木材加工业的压力,促进木材加工业的发展。针对目前木材品质检测分类技术的研究现状,该文对国内外已经研究出的木材品质检测分类技术进行分析,论述现有木材品质检测分类技术在检测精度、检测速度及技术成熟度等方面的优缺点。该文还着重分析深度学习在木材尺寸检测和木材缺陷检测等方面的关键技术,最后提出未来研究展望,以期为木材品质检测分类技术向智能化方向发展提供参考。 Wood quality detection and classification is an important link before wood processing.The research on wood quality detection and classification technology can greatly reduce the pressure of wood processing industry and promote the development of wood processing industry.In view of the current research situation of wood quality detection and classification technology,this paper analyzes the wood quality detection and classification technology which has been developed at home and abroad,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing wood quality detection and classification technology in the aspects of detection accuracy,detection speed and technical maturity.This paper also focuses on the key technologies of deep learning in wood size detection and wood defect detection,and finally puts forward the prospect of future research,in order to provide reference for the intelligent development of wood quality detection and classification technology.
