1000 MW锅炉旋流燃烧器烧损原因分析及治理

摘要 针对1000MW超超临界对冲锅炉旋流燃烧器烧损的现象,从锅炉旋流燃烧器设备结构、材料特性及运行工况等方面分析导致燃烧器烧损的关键原因。通过采取燃烧器喷口材料升级、前置冷却风改造、燃烧器运行方式优化等措施,有效解决了该类型燃烧器烧损问题。为今后同类型旋流燃烧器的安全、稳定运行提供改进依据。 Aiming at the burning loss of swirl burner in 1000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler,the key reasons leading to the burning loss of swirl burner are analyzed from the aspects of equipment structure,material characteristics and operating conditions.By taking measures such as upgrading burner nozzle material,modifying pre-cooling air and optimizing burner operation mode,the burning loss problem of this type of burner is effectively solved.It provides an improvement basis for the safe and stable operation of the same type of swirl burner in the future.
