摘要
世界首例2×660MW高位布置汽轮发电机组汽动给水泵密封水出现油水互串和密封水无法回收技术难题,在无借鉴经验情况下,对存在的问题进行分析研究,提出了改进措施并实际应用;给水泵小汽轮机调节阀由单伺服阀控制不可靠,将小汽轮机调节阀改造为双伺服阀控制,互为热备、无扰切换,降低了给水泵组的误动率;小汽轮机速关组合件4只停机电磁阀由任意“四取二”改为串并联“四取二”动作,可防止保护误动或拒动,有效提升了机组单列配置给水系统的可靠性。
The world's first 2×660 MW high-position turbo-generator units encounter technical problems of oil-water mixing and inability to recycle sealing water in steam-driven feed pump.Without reference to past experience,the existing problems were analyzed and studied,and improvement measures were proposed and applied in practice.The control valve of the feedwater pump's small turbine is controlled by a single servo valve,which is not reliable.The control valve of the small turbine is modified to be controlled by dual servo valves,which are hot standby and bumpless switching,reducing the malfunction rate of the feedwater pump unit;The four shutdown solenoid valves for small turbine speed-closing assembly were changed from any"two out of four"to a serial and parallel"two out of four"action,which can prevent malfunction or refusal to act,effectively improving the reliability of the unit's single-row configuration water supply system.
